Delivery & Returns Policy – Antech Hydraulics Ltd
Delivery
Coverage: We deliver throughout the UK.
Dispatch Times:
Orders received before 1:30pm (for in-stock items) will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.
Deliveries to Scotland and the Scottish Highlands may take 2–3 working days.
Couriers:
Orders up to 30kg are shipped via APC Overnight.
Orders over 30kg are shipped via a pallet courier.
Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions at checkout or on quotation.
Lead Times for Non-Stock Items:
Kawasaki Pumps: 16–20 weeks
Staffa Motors: 20–28 weeks
UFI Filters: 6–8 weeks
NTF Microfiltration: 1–2 weeks
B&C Hydraulics: 6–12 weeks
LJM Cylinders: Dependent on size and production capacity
Des-Case Products: 4–6 weeks
Returns
Return Window: Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to return an item.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition as received.
Exclusions: Bespoke or made-to-order products cannot be returned once dispatched.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on the part of Antech Hydraulics.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty returns.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All faulty or damaged goods must be returned to Antech Hydraulics for supplier testing.
If a warranty claim is approved, replacement parts will be supplied free of charge.
Where goods are found to be free from defect, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and restocking charges.
Warranty
Standard warranty is 12 months on all products.
Staffa Motors are supplied with an extended warranty of 5 years (or 10,000 hours, whichever comes first).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or contamination.
